Prasad Saranjame is the Head of Physical Security & Business Resiliency at VMware, responsible for Physical Security at all VMware locations and events, Business Continuity Planning across the company and Enterprise Resiliency governance that covers Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Crisis Response. Prasad’s team was instrumental in establishing VMware’s Crisis Management Team (CMT) framework that has been effectively used for managing various crisis situations and is being currently used to manage VMware’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Finally, Prasad’s team is in the process of setting up a cross-functional Center of Excellence for all IoT / Edge projects within VMware.
