Susan Insley is a Vice President of Human Resources at VMware, where she has worked for nearly 11 years. In this role, she partners with business leaders across the company to execute agile talent and organizational strategies in order to drive company growth and impactful careers. Prior to joining VMware, she founded the Internal Audit and Ethics and Compliance program at Verisign. From 1991 to 2006, she held a number of Internal Audit and Operational Finance leadership roles at Intel Corporation, including international audit, investigations and ethics. She is based in Palo Alto, California.
